Auto Expo Houston seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Manager at our independent used car dealership located Southwest Houston area. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's finance department, including securing financing for customers, managing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to secure financing for vehicle purchases
- Review and process loan applications
- Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines
- Manage the dealership's finance department and staff
- Train and mentor sales team on finance processes and products
- Assist with sales activities, including negotiating deals and closing sales
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize revenue and profitability
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the financing process
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive finance and sales
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance software
- Spanish Speaking abilities are a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized
