We transform garages with epoxy flooring, cabinets, and lighting upgrades. Projects run $5,000–$15,000, which means strong commissions for motivated sales reps.
Position Details
1099 Independent Contractor role.
Commission only — $500 per standard epoxy floor sale, higher commissions for larger jobs.
No taxes withheld — you’re paid gross commissions, responsible for your own taxes as a 1099.
Door-to-door canvassing — you’ll be generating leads directly with homeowners.
Starter Kit required — $35 upfront (includes company shirt, professional binder, and flyers). After 2 months of active work, your kit fee is fully reimbursed.
Training provided — we’ll teach you the pitch and how to close.
What We’re Looking For
Confident communicators who can talk comfortably with homeowners.
Reliable, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Sales experience helpful but not required — we will train the right person.
Reliable transportation required.
