Position Overview:

As a Bilingual Spanish Car Salesman, you will play a key role in assisting Spanish-speaking customers through every step of the car-buying process. Your fluency in Spanish and English will enable you to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele, ensuring they receive personalized attention and expert guidance in their preferred language.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.

Showcase our inventory of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to match customers' requirements.

Conduct test drives and provide comprehensive explanations of vehicle specifications, performance, and pricing.

Assist customers with financing options, explaining terms and assisting with paperwork as needed.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Proven sales experience in the automotive industry preferred, but not required.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends is an advantage.

Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
