The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is: $86,070.00 - $92,737.00 depending on experience.

Job Description:

The Senior Director of Enterprise Systems is responsible for leading technical support across administrative functions and overseeing the development, implementation, and documentation of procedures for enterprise systems, including ERP (Banner), CRM, data management tools, AI technologies, and cloud-based SaaS solutions. This role ensures data integrity, manages system upgrades and feature implementations, addresses risk and issue resolution, and coordinates user training. The Director also drives enhancements that improve operational efficiency and service delivery to students, faculty, staff, and administrators, while supervising all system and functional analyst staff.

What you will be doing:

Coordinating project activities with the Vice President of Technology, facilitating institutional resource needs, managing production preparation, and overseeing policy and procedural changes related to ERP, CRM, AI, data warehouse, and other enterprise applications.

Developing planning documents for organizational change, configuration management, training, and testing across all supported applications.

Assisting functional end-users in analyzing and adapting business processes to align with ERP, CRM, AI, and data warehouse systems, while researching and recommending best practice improvements.

Developing and maintaining integration tools such as PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and Ethos to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the college’s information systems.

Managing integrations between Banner and external systems including web portals, LMS, CRM platforms, payment systems, and other enterprise applications.

Automating current and future processes using tools like Banner ISE, cron, Automic, and Windows Task Scheduler, while integrating system features to streamline operations.

Collaborating with the Office of Institutional Research to create reporting solutions, maintain data integrity, and extract data from institutional databases.

Overseeing the analyst team in documenting processes and procedures to create comprehensive desk manuals aligned with Banner and institutional best practices.

Leading the Enterprise Systems team in programming tasks, addressing security requirements, managing upgrades and modifications, and assessing their impact across systems.

Researching manuals, publications, and technical reports to stay informed on technologies that support functional areas.

Directing the team in replicating user-reported issues to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.

Developing and maintaining user training materials and delivering technical training and support to ensure successful program operation.

Performing additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of five years of experience implementing, maintaining, and enhancing a management information system.

At least two years of experience using SQL Plus, PL/SQL, or PostgreSQL.

At least one year of experience using ProC on Oracle or another enterprise-class relational database management system.

Experience with Microsoft Access required.

Experience in project management, including implementing and upgrading new technologies.

Strong ability to work effectively and collegially with faculty, students, and staff.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Supervision.
