Key Responsibilities:
Sales: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate furniture pieces to meet those needs.
Advertising: Assist in creating and implementing advertising strategies to promote our products and store, including posting advertisements on Facebook and other social medias
Customer Handling: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and helping them find what they are looking for.
Vendor Relations: Identify and establish relationships with new vendors and seek out new business opportunities to enhance our product offerings.
Store Maintenance: Perform general maintenance duties to keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
Order Processing: Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accurate order processing and arranging for timely delivery.
Product Knowledge: Explain furniture features, benefits, and care instructions to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about their purchases.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for order processing and advertising tasks.
