Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Auto Sales/Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle financing and the sales processes. You will work closely with customers, lenders, and sales teams to structure competitive loan and lease packages that meet customer needs and dealership goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases by working with banks, credit unions, and other lenders.
- Review and process finance and lease applications efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with dealership policies, lender guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Present and sell extended warranties, insurance products, and other aftermarket services.
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure the best rates and approvals for customers.
- Provide customers with clear explanations of financing and leasing options, terms, and conditions.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all financing transactions and contracts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, lending policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Auto Finance Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of financing and leasing options, credit policies, and lender requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in finance software and dealership management systems (DMS).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
