Property Manager needed for a group small multifamily homes in Montrose and Houston.
Looking for:
1. Good communicator.
2. Problem solver
3. Fast learner
4. Be a go-getter, self-starter and problem solver.
5. Be good on their feet handling situations.
6. Be good at getting around the computer.
7. Physical fit to move project folders and files around.
8. Speaking English/Spanish is a plus.
9. Experience with residential property management is a plus but it is not required if you are a good fit and you're a fast learner and you don't need much training.
10. Be good at cold calling.
11. This position will involve working around all the other departments (Leasing, Property Management, Maintenance, Marketing).
12. A person that has the ability to sell anything verbally. A person that is good at convincing someone to understand clearly the process of doing things. Is a plus.
13. Want someone that is positive, friendly, upbeat and can sell to anyone even though they are not in sales. What someone that can talk to our clients and make them feel good that they hired us to service them.
