Job Summary
A Make-Ready Technician is responsible for preparing vacant apartment units for occupancy. This involves a variety of tasks, from cleaning and painting to minor repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Perform a thorough inspection of vacant units, identifying necessary repairs and replacements.
Complete cleaning tasks, including carpet cleaning, appliance cleaning, and general tidying.
Install appliances and other equipment as needed.
Ensure units meet company standards for cleanliness and functionality.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Assist with other maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic hand tool knowledge.
Valid driver's license.

Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
