We're searching for a skilled Make-Ready/Maintenance Technician to join our growing community in Friendswood. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our 212-unit apartment complex is in tip-top shape, both for our residents and future move-ins.
Responsibilities:
Prepare vacant units for move-in, including repairs and touch-ups
Address maintenance requests from residents in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and fix plumbing, electrical, and AC issues
Change air filters and perform routine maintenance on appliances
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field is preferred
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and AC systems is a must
Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of maintenance issues
Excellent customer service skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
