We are looking for a Self-Motivated Loan officer who is driven and sales minded.
Job Description
Develop relationships with Fix & Flip Investors, Rental Property Investors, Multi-family property investors and builders.
Contact investors to establish new business opportunities.
Identify the appropriate loan product.
Promote self and company to grow market share and achieve production goals.
Identify partnership opportunities and develop business relationships.
Develop knowledge of company’s’, products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements.
Develop and maintaining a high degree of visibility in the Investor marketplace.
Requirements
Ability to work independently without “over the shoulder” supervision.
Minimum 1 year experience in the mortgage industry preferred but willing to train the right candidate
Preference given to bilingual speakers – Spanish & English
Excellent computer skills.
Strong sales and customer service skills a MUST.
The ability to counsel borrowers on mortgage products and options.
Display the ability to manage mortgage transactions to insure a successful and timely closing.
Attention to detail with a strong work ethic.
