Looking for an ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER for Apartment Community located in Houston Heights.
MUST have prior experience in leasing AND multi-family management. AppFolio and Bluemoon Forms experience a plus. Bi-lingual a plus.
Essential Functions:
Operations: Ensuring the smooth running of our community. Overseeing all operations including maintenance, make ready's, lease administration, reporting, collections, etc
Customer service: Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospective residents.
Leasing: Marketing and showing prospective residents.
Must have:
A valid driver's license and access to vehicle
Knowledge / experience of apartment marketing and leasing including TAA rules and regulations and Fair Housing
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
