We are seeking a Service Department Admin for our Auto Repair Service Shop to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and resolving technical issues with clients vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Troubleshoot and resolve vehicles issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
Supervise Mechanics and monitor their productivity
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
