I run a small company and have a full time job. I need someone available to be my assistant as needed as my time is limited. It will be 1099 and per job paid hourly. Some of the tasks I'll need are below. Prefer someone local to Cypress area for nearby tasks. As trust and training is built more tasks will be assigned.
- Take packages to ship out for usps, fedex, ups
- Print labels and pack items to ship
- Prepare computer equipment and package and ship (will train)
- Order equipment on ebay and amazon (will give direction once trust is built)
- Visit houston offices and perform computer/device plug in tasks (will train)
- Visit houston offices and remove equipment (will walk through)
- Visit houston offices and setup tasks
- After training, answer support questions and perform remote tasks on business locations
- After training, post marketing forum posts and communicate with people that respond to setup partnership deals (will train)
References requested and an interview is to be conducted. We need someone self-motiviated, trustworthy, and a go-getter that thinks on their feet and focuses on solving problems without supervision. Someone that has a drive to get stuff done. Does not need to be technical but technical experience will be obtained, we can train anyone.
Will be paid weekly for hours worked, billable time starts when task is started and completed. Travel required for job site is paid. Looking for someone near 20515 Cypress Plaza Pkwy, Cypress, Tx 77433 so you don't have to go out of your way for short brief jobs.
Reliable car is needed and availability during business hours and/or weekends. You state your hours but preference given to those with business hours and open to weekend tasks.
