Growing CPA Firm with a diverse client base has an opening for an experienced Office/Administrative person with a minimum of 4 years of office experience.
Candidates must be self starter, detail oriented, computer literate and highly organized.
This is a full-time position and we will teach how to perform each task properly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients
File Sales tax
Open/Close sales tax permits
Fill out forms for state and IRS
Call State offices
Respond to letters
Etc.
Requirements:
Proficient with Excel
Highly Organized
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Excellent communication skills
