AutoRite is a multiple insurance DRP shop. We are a friendly, family-owned, busy auto repair/collision shop looking to hire immediately, offering good pay and a stable job! We need to add two Office Assistants, one major for order parts, Experience is a plus, or training is provided, and Strong searching power is needed; the other for office assistant.
OFFICE ASSISTANT ( & Parts Order)
The Office Assistant's principal job is ordering parts, and the minor job will assist the Office Manager in performing clerical work, filing, answering phones, taking photos of vehicles, keeping track of rental vehicles, and data entry. Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills are required. The assistant must be flexible and assist with other business projects as needed. Being bilingual is a plus.
