Responsibilities:
Data entry into DealerCenter, Frazer, OneMicron
Scan and upload documents to vehicle files
Manage title receipt and processing
Assist with bookkeeping: invoice tracking, expense entries
Maintain organized physical filing system
Requirements:
Experience in automotive office admin or title work preferred
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills, ability to learn software quickly
Organized and able to multitask
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9–6
Pay: $17–$22/hr DOE
