Flooring company has openings for office Administrator.
Duties include as follow:
- Great customer service/ Bilingual Spanish and English
- Knowledgeable in QuickBooks " IS NECESSARY"
, Microsoft and general computer skills.
- Able to multitasking and being able to resolve problems with customers and employees.
- Able to type in invoices and estimates , record keeping ,well organized and being able to work without supervision.
- Assisting Supervisors with work orders , estimates, assisting with ideas in the office to make work easier.
- Making sure to bill clients on a daily basis and also sending statements through email , collecting past due invoices.
- Hiring as of August 1st with a one-week training.
