job title: Appointment Setter/Secretary
Fast growing family owned Home Improvement company is looking for an experienced lead generator and Secretary. Must have previous appointment or lead generation and secretary experience experience in rehashing and phone sales is a plus, need to be able to communicate with homeowners, sale representatives in a fast paced environment. Must have prior experience working in an office setting and be very detail oriented and organized.
This is a full time position Monday - Friday 9am -5pm.
Compensation: $20 Per Hr + Commission
Requirements:
-Basic computer skills. (Includes basic excel, Microsoft word, email, etc)
- Ability to set 3 or more appointments per day (Fresh leads daily and a large data base)
- Confirm and Dispatch leads daily and sometimes hour to hour
-Follow up with customers and rehash leads.
-Manage to do list for all sales department. -Sending and answering emails
