Local Granite Installation Company is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to be part of our growing team.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED equivalent required from an accredited institution
-Two (2) years of experience in an administrative role
-Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
-Ability to work independently, possess excellent grammatical and editing skills, be detail-oriented and take initiative when necessary MUST be comfortable with calling customers and speaking over the phone.
-Should demonstrate resourcefulness and a desire to learn
-Professional demeanor and intermediate software skills (Word, Excel) are required
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering multi-line phone, maintaining files/filing, taking inventory and placing orders, preparing correspondence, and providing overall administrative support. Managing all stages of new and ongoing projects.
Ideal Person will have:
-2 years of administrative experience
-Ability to interact in a professional manner both spoken and through correspondence
-Have knowledge of Microsoft Word/ Excel
-Have knowledge of QuickBooks and Supply Pro
-Be a Team Player
-Bilingual Spanish/English
- Experience in Granite or stone field a plus
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
