We’re looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant with solid Microsoft Excel and Office skills, plus some experience in construction. You’ll help handle pay applications, contracts, insurance, and general office tasks to keep things running smoothly. A notary license is a plus! Great communication and organization skills are a must. Part-time or full-time options available.
Sometimes running errands or traveling to get things that are needed basically yet office assistant/Assistant to do anything for the owner of the company.
