Position Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and reliable Electronics Controls Assembly Person to support our in-house assembly operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading schematics and following technical directions to ensure the accurate assembly of electronic controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic control systems according to schematics and technical specifications.
- Perform quality checks on all assembled components to ensure they meet company standards.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Maintain an organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in electronics assembly or a related field is preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and hand tools is a plus.
Work Schedule:
Flexibility to work between 20 to 40 hours per week, based on workload and individual availability.
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience. $15-$20 to start DOE
