Role and Responsibilities:
Laser Etching: Employ high-precision laser equipment to etch and mark surgical instruments, ensuring clarity and accuracy in product labeling.
Metrology Excellence: Collaborate closely with our metrology team to assist in measuring using state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring all products meet exact specifications.
Administrative Support: Manage processing services and logistics paperwork, maintaining impeccable records to guarantee smooth operations.
Job Log Management: Diligently keep logs of tasks performed, assisting in maintaining a transparent and organized workflow.
Industrial Forensics Assistance: Contribute to industrial forensics reports by providing meticulous data and insights gathered from your precision work.
Customer Interaction: Engage in clear and professional communication with customers, addressing queries and concerns related to product specifications.
Required Skills:
Organization Skills: Ability to create and manage administrative paperwork with precision and efficiency.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for micro-level precision, ensuring all tasks are executed flawlessly.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of reading and interpreting product specifications, drafts, and drawings.
Metrology Expertise: Familiarity with various measuring equipment, demonstrating proficiency in accurate measurements.
Tech-Savviness: Comfort with learning and using high-end measuring equipment and computer software.
Industrial Curiosity: Genuine interest in industrial forensics, driven to uncover insights from intricate details.
Equipment Proficiency: Knowledge of anodizing equipment and high-precision laser equipment is a plus.
Software Familiarity: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks for efficient record-keeping.
