1- 100% fluent in Spanish
2- Fast typing
3- Follows direction
4- Writes well - must have at least an associate degree (proper grammar and no typos in writing emails to clients)
5- Must have at least 4 references
6- Pays attention to detail
7- Dresses appropriately for work to meet clients
