Legal Assistant / Negotiator
- Experience with Filevine is a BIG PLUS
- Candidate must possess strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures in personal injury
- Knowledge of phone etiquette in a professional setting
- Candidate must be able to multi-task and handle high volume case load
- All potential candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in reviewing medical and billing records, drafting demands, drafting correspondence, document management, and research skills
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, attorneys
- Work closely with case managers and pre-litigation departments
- Negotiate and resolve pre-litigation personal injury claims
- Follow up with release and any settlement documents
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
