Position: sandblaster
Type: Full-Time 40-70 hours per week
Starting Pay: $15 - 20 Per Hour

Job Overview: As an Experienced Sandblaster, you'll play a crucial role in surface preparation, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll leverage your expertise in sandblasting techniques to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.
Responsibilities:
Execute sandblasting operations on a variety of surfaces using different abrasives and equipment.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and ensuring proper ventilation in the blasting area.
Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment, ensuring safety and optimal performance.
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and quality specifications.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
experience as a Sandblaster in an industrial setting is a plus.
knowledge of different blasting techniques, abrasives, and equipment.
Proficiency in surface preparation, including cleaning, masking, and achieving uniform finishes.
Ability to operate and maintain sandblasting equipment effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset to ensure surfaces are adequately prepared for further processes.
Strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to safety and the ability to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
