DUTIES:
Changing coolant, replacing pumps as well as conveyors.
Diagnosing failures with CNC machines (lathe, mills).
Inspecting and testing machines and equipment for any defects or malfunctions.
Replacing or repairing worn or damaged parts, such as belts, bearings, gears, or valves.
Lubricating and cleaning machines and equipment to reduce friction and prevent corrosion.
Adjusting and calibrating machines and equipment to meet specifications and standards.
Following preventive maintenance schedules and procedures according to manufacturer’s recommendations or industry best practices.
Documenting and reporting maintenance activities, issues, and solutions.
Complying with safety rules and regulations and using protective equipment and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Attentive to detail.
Able to read, comprehend and adhere to the company's Process Management System requirements and provide improvement recommendations as needed.
Must have previous experience diagnosing and fixing CNC machine failures.
Able to lift to 60 lbs. and work in various positions, such as standing, bending, kneeling, etc.
Able to pass a background check and drug test.

JOB TITLE: Quality Control Associate
LOCATION: Houston, Texas 77066
SCHEDULE:
Night Shift: 5 pm to 5 am
Monday to Thursday
PAY: $20/hr. + DOE
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting regular quality checks on fracking plug products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
Analyzing and interpreting data to identify areas for improvement.
Communicating findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Working with production teams to implement quality control processes and procedures.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of quality control activities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Operate a shaker/tumbler machine to deburr composite parts prior to Quality Control inspection.
Operate material handling equipment, such as hand trucks, forklift trucks, low lift trucks, hoists, and other equipment as required.
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to applicable procedures.
Stage work for the Quality Control Department.
Staying current with industry developments and incorporating new techniques and technologies into quality control processes.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance) is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Experience with quality control techniques and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience (1+ years) as a material handler in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Completion of Forklift Training Course.

JOB TITLE: CNC Machine Operator
TYPE: Temp to Hire
LOCATION: Houston, Tx 77066
PAY: $18/hr. - AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXP
SCHEDULES:
Night Shift: 6 pm to 5 am
Monday to Thursday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run basic programs.
Report on correct production quantity as needed.
Utilize basic part inspection equipment.
Accurately place part identification on finished goods.
Detect and report machine malfunctions.
Detect and identify out-of-tolerance production.
Execute required tool offsets in tool list to maintain required tolerance.
Identify abnormal operating conditions and notify maintenance.
Record downtime in electronic system.
Maintain weekly NCR levels and rejection rate below 3% of work order.
Maintain a scrap rate below 4%
Conduct required preventive maintenance (PM's) at assigned station.
Consistently achieve daily production target of 90%.
Utilization of optical comparator.
Removal of CNC waste.
Basic understanding of G&M code.
Manually "prep" oversized blanks without assistance.
Troubleshoot machine, i.e., clear alarms, clogged coolant lines, adjust jaws.
Produce parts that require mid-range degree of accuracy.
Basic on machine program corrections.
Produce all parts within company library.
Train new operators.
Operate all machines on production shop floor.
Perform basic setups when needed.
Machine complex metal parts.
Understanding of all measuring equipment used on production floor.
Intermediate understanding of prints and inspection techniques.
Advanced tool knowledge.
Assist machine operators as needed to minimize downtime.
Ensure machines are following production schedule.
Execute setups and changeovers in a timely manner.
Set up all basic lathe and mill composite and steel work.
Set up all robot and beta stations.
Set up all advanced composite and steel work.
Perform 100% first article on complex components if no QC inspector is available.
Troubleshoot machine downs issues without maintenance assistance and perform simple maintenance repairs.
Calculation of dimensional callouts - advanced math.
Identify potential process improvements on existing and new product.
Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma or GED is required. Advanced degree or certificate is preferred.
Two to five plus years of lathe and mill experience. A diverse background in running different types of machines is
preferred.
Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of general shop mathematics and able to apply the knowledge into practical
application.
Advanced mechanical aptitude skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-pressured, and fast-paced environment.
Ability to speak, read, and write the English language fluently, is preferred.
Basic computer literacy skills.
Must be self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision while providing leadership to coworkers.
Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively operate multiple machines at one time.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The Setup Machinist Level 2 must be able to:
Operate basic office machines, such as a computer, copy machine, fax, scanner, etc.
Lift a minimum of 50lbs, repeatedly, without assistance and up to 100lbs with assistance.
Push/pull heavy objects with the proper equipment.
Wear the appropriate PPE when required (i.e., safety glasses or side shields, steel-toe footwear, etc.).
Stand for long periods of time; up to 8-12 hours a day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up various production equipment including press brake machines, drawbench machines, rounding machines, etc.
Load and unload metal items from machines.
Assist machine operators in the production process.
Operate machines/equipment to form and cut metal pipe.
Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
Remove products, machine attachments, or waste material from machines.
Utilize handheld tools like a grinder.
Lift pieces of pipe using the overhead crane.
Move products with the sit-down forklift.
Band and strap finished piping material.
Clean and lubricate equipment.
Clean and organize work and storage areas.
Mark defects and notifies plant manager, supervisor and/or lead person.
Wear all required PPE, to include eyes, face, hand, and foot protection.
Be able to read, comprehend and adhere to the company's Process Management System requirements, and provide improvement recommendation as needed.
Immediately report quality, safety and/or environmental problems and follow-up on their resolution.
Be able to lift 75 lbs., and work in various positions, such as standing, bending, kneeling etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
