Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner as a Maintenance Technician.
Resolve maintenance issues in the area of electrical, sheetrock, plumbing painting, carpentry as a Maintenance Technician.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
