Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and eager individual to join our team as an Apprentice Installation, Service, and Support Technician. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry while providing outstanding customer support related to our control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Building Test and Balance Commissioning and the installation of Unity Control Systems (on-the-job training provided).
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries about HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration services.
- Work alongside experienced technicians to offer technical support and troubleshooting for control-related issues.
- Help maintain accurate records of service requests and customer interactions.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of service appointments.
Qualifications:
- A strong interest in HVAC systems is preferred; prior experience is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, particularly in Excel, are helpful.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
