Exterior The lockbox is hanging on the gate. It needs to be a wall mounted hanging on the front porch pillar facing front door out of view
Interior The bottom knobs needs to be passage knobs, and the top needs to be new kwikset smart lock, dead bolts
Kitchen install dishwasher and check gas connection on range
Kitchen two outlets above dishwasher are tested not grounded needs to be grounded
Kitchen reinstall range anti-tip
Laundry room, remove yellow gas line
Laundry room, replace non-functional GFCI
Primary bedroom, reinstall bifold doors removed by flooring company
Bedroom 1 install bifold doors that are on site
Bedroom 2 installed bifold doors that are on site
Bedroom 2 replace screens on two windows
Hall bathroom replace missing register
Exterior trees we’re not trimmed
Exterior fill holes in the backyard Replace yard
Exterior Delete gate access as gates are dragging on ground and it would be more costly to repair. Remove exterior hardware and place pot to eliminate gate function.
