Hours are either 6 to 6 or 7 to 7.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The FWC Coupling Machine Operator is responsible for running the production Couplings (FWC) for all pipes, operating machinery, and ensuring an adequate supply of materials for continuous workflow. This role involves setting up molds and workstations, monitoring production runs, and documenting materials and results in a file.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ROLE
Coupling Machine Operator (FWC)
· Run the Couplings for all CC pipes, operate machinery, and maintain an appropriate level of
materials for the feeders.
· Visually monitor production runs and document results and materials used.
· Set up and prepare all molds and workstations at the start of each project to ensure seamless
production flow.
· Stencil and barcode every finished Coupling for accurate identification and traceability as
needed.
· Validate the routing of all Production Orders within the ERP system to guarantee that each
coupling undergoes the required testing and secondary processing.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the production floor.
· Determine and report all machine malfunctions and potential defects to an appropriate
Supervisor.
· Complete and document all mold changes to maintain accurate production records.
· Partner with the Quality Control team to ensure all projects comply with ISO standards and
meet the highest quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
· 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
· Solid understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and ISO compliance requirements
· Excellent communication skills
· Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, etc.) required
· Bilingual or proficiency in a foreign language preferred
