We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to assist with home maintenance tasks in the Houston area. If you have experience in general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of residential properties, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, painting, and performing minor carpentry work.
Inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
Assist with the maintenance of outdoor areas, including lawn care and landscaping.
Handle basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs as needed.-
Assist with the understanding of maintenance of HVAC systems and appliances.
Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in home maintenance, repair, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices and tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues independently.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring physical dexterity.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
