Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Health Insurance Enrollment Specialists to assist individuals in determining their eligibility for ACA health insurance plans and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role involves outreach, education, eligibility verification, and enrollment support.
Responsibilities:
Educate individuals and families about ACA health insurance options and eligibility requirements.
Conduct phone consultations to assess applicants' eligibility for no-cost or low-cost health insurance plans.
Assist clients in completing their enrollment quickly and accurately.
Maintain compliance with state and federal health insurance regulations.
Follow up with applicants to ensure successful enrollment and answer questions.
Work closely with licensed brokers and insurance carriers to provide the best coverage options.
Keep detailed records of inquiries and enrollments.
Requirements:
Previous experience in health insurance sales, ACA enrollment, or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and sales skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work independently and meet enrollment goals.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and online application portals.
Must be licensed as a health insurance agent (or willing to obtain a license).
Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus but not required.
