The LVN will provide direct and indirect patient care services according to Advanced Home Care's policies and procedures. The primary responsibility of this nurse is to conduct field visit and perform patient care as directed in patients POC. This nurse will not be a primary caregiver but may be needed to make patient visits according to patient census. Full/ Part time available. Webster and surrounding areas. Mileage reimbursement.Health Insurance and 401K
Qualifications: Requires a degree in nursing. Must have one year in Home Health or Hospice
