Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out.
Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) to ensure excellent communication with patients.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred (healthcare setting ideal).
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
