Toto Dental is a practice providing dental cares for the whole family. To support our growth, we are seeking for 1 bilingual English – Spanish dental assistants and 1 bilingual Vietnamese – English front desk living around the Bellaire area, Southwest Houston.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
For Bilingual Vietnamese Front Desk FULL TIME job, the receptionist will be in charge of:
- Managing appointments
- Checking insurance coverage
- Recalling patients
- Help the office and Assist the doctor with patients
For Bilingual Spanish Dental Assistant FULL TIME job, the dental assistant will be in charge of:
- Assist in all dental procedures
- Sterilize and clean tools and working space
- Promote dental services to patients
- Filling administrative forms with the patients
- Checking insurance coverage
- Managing appointments
REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual Spanish/Vietnamese - English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interactive skills with other people and team player
- Autonomy in work, team player
- Multi-tasks
- Punctual, Organized, rigorous, pro-active
- BEGINNER ACCEPTED BUT HAS TO BE A FAST LEARNER AND RESPONSIBLE
