We're seeking a part time- front desk agent.

Your Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
Create and maintain a positive, hospitable environment for guests and team members.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
Manage reservations and booking systems efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Organize and promote fun activities around Houston to enhance the guest experience.
Respond to guest inquiries via email and phone with clear, professional communication.
Work collaboratively with staff and contribute to a supportive team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Hospitality or hostel experience is a bonus (training provided for the right candidate!).
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.
Enthusiasm for working with diverse groups of people and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
