DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare meals following standardized recipes and brand guidelines.
Ensure food safety and maintain certification requirements, such as Food Handlers Safety Training.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with State Board of Health regulations.
Complete food and station preparations to ensure efficient service during restaurant hours.
Operate and understand all safety equipment.
Store and rotate food items according to hotel procedures.
Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be able to obtain Food Handlers Certification.
Ability to work well under pressure in high-demand situations.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in general computer knowledge.
Must be 18 years or older and able to read and convey information clearly.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred.
