We are seeking a part-time cashiers, baristas, and cashier. It is our goal to ensure that every guest is given astounding customer service. We are looking for dedicated, reliable, and upbeat team members. Ideal candidates will be friendly, outgoing, hardworking and responsible. Our team members will also have strong communication skills, be customer service oriented, self-motivated, able to take direction, and have strong multi-tasking abilities.
DUTIES
Be able to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
Get along with others and be a team player
Be genuinely committed to ensuring that the overall guest experience exceeds expectations, including greeting guests with a warm, sincere smile and anticipating their needs
Use tact and good judgment when dealing with guest challenges, responding to guest needs with patience and courtesy
Prepare menu items and drinks according to standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Take customer orders and check out customers with accuracy and politeness
Adhere to health policies and standards
Preferred candidates with Food Handler's Card (We will pay for your certification if you do not have one upon hiring)
