Sr Applications Systems Analyst (Peoplesoft HCM)

The Senior Application Analyst provides technical and development expertise in the activities of software application design, implementation, issue resolution and support. This position may be directly involved in formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on user needs and guidelines set forth in the Institution Project Management Methodology. This position is directly involved with the installation, modification, testing, implementation, and maintenance of purchased vendor software and in-house developed applications. This position is responsible for the design and development of complex solutions through business needs assessment. The position may be responsible for project management duties as assigned. This position is responsible for the daily production support of installed software, the on-call recovery procedures and documentation for such software, user and technical support.
