JOB SUMMARY The Specialist II, Supply Chain Systems will provide subject matter expertise, and be able to discuss and implement Informational Technology systems and best practices as needed. This position will drive implementation of integration systems (AX to D365). As the size and complexity of the Companys global supply chain has grown, it has become apparent that the existing business-unit-based organizational structure and systems architecture were no longer adequate to provide the necessary visibility and control of supply chain operations. As the supply chain function continues to mature, the processes and systems need to evolve as well. Over the next three to five years, there will be significant implementations to enhance, improve, as well as replace some existing systems. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates with all Business Units, Supply Chain and IT groups to assist with development and implementation of integrated global supply chain systems.
- Assists in establishing process and functional requirements including strategies and challenges surrounded by the evolving needs of the supply chain.
- Ability to re-engineer business processes based on cross-functional team requirements and best practice business processes.
- Serves as a change agent for process and system improvements for a global perspective.
- Develops scope of work where needed.
- Provides input into project interdependencies and sequencing.
- Manages testing phase including developing test cases and change order requirements.
- Works to keep projects on track and on time.
- Manages and participate in project teams and will support the entire lifecycle of project.
- Develops training matrix and training materials.
- Collaborates with all to develop implementation plan including user system and process training.
- Provide user training.
- Conducts industry research for best-in-class processes.
- Initiates and drives process improvements that align with a global supply chain.
- Leads and directs the work of others. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of projects.
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding project status.
- Supports team members in executing tasks as needed to meet project deliveries.
- Builds and maintains strong and trusted relationships throughout the organization.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.

- 5+ years experience in Supply Chain Management functions or equivalent.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology preferred.
- Willing to travel internationally.
- Oracle EBS experience is preferred but experience with an integrated enterprise supply chain system is required.
- Experience with supporting international supply chain activities will be a plus.
