ABOUT THE ROLESr. FP&A Analyst position supports Lifecycle Solutions and Services (LSS) business within Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), part of Industrial Automation (IA). This position reports to the LSS FP&A Leader and works closely with LSS CFO, LSS finance pole leaders and HPS BAP organization.This role is in the center of LSS reporting and forecasting process, providing LSS Leadership Team with critical data to drive business performance and decision making. The role supports/owns key FP&A initiatives (SRO/AOP target attainment, SW growth, BTI initiatives, working capital and FCF management) as well as month-end reporting activities. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop decision-making and communication skills, broaden the individual's view of an end-to-end P&L, and make meaningful contributions to multiple areas of the business - while working with passionate teammates committed to becoming their best and winning together.As a Senior FP&A analyst within LSS, you will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing financial data to support organizational decision-making. You will work closely with global LSS Finance team and LSS Leadership team to provide insights into financial performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improving efficiency and profitability. Additionally, you will play an important role in LSS financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.Key Responsibilities
Support LSS forecast process: SRO, weekly pulse, AOP
Month-end close responsibilities
Own variance analysis post close
Own monthly Report out to LSS Leadership team
Support Finance transformation initiatives (where needed)
Ad hoc requests
YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
2+ years of US GAAP, Sarbes-Oxley and Internal controls

Prior FP&A experience is a plus
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Ability to present complex analysis with clarity
Good oral and written communication skills
Process improvement experience is a plus
