Integration Specialist

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Convenience Retail Integration Technologist to join a growing retail convenience brand headquartered out of Westchase, Houston, TX. This role is critical in implementing and maintaining technology solutions that support our growing convenience store business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven ability to solve complex problems, and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful technology solutions. Lead and execute technology projects to support the convenience retail business, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Implement, maintain, and enhance point-of-sale (POS) systems, back-office solutions, and other store-level technologies. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless technology integrations and solutions. Design, support, and troubleshoot IT network infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability. Leverage cloud-based platforms, including SaaS and PaaS solutions, to optimize operations and drive business growth. Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Utilize data and analytics to generate actionable insights and enhance store performance. Maintain and enhance Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions to support operational and collaboration needs. Provide expert technical recommendations for system enhancements and new technology implementations. Create and maintain detailed documentation, ensuring clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
