The candidate selected for this position will work collaboratively within the Human Resources Operations, Shared Services Division, supporting the Houston Airport System (HAS) as a business partner and point-of-contact to provide superior human resources services. The candidate selected for the position will be responsible for the following:
Prepares and processes various Municipal Personnel Actions through the City of Houston's HROne SuccessFactors – Employee Central (SFEC) system by initiating, monitoring, and ensuring a successful upload.
Serves as the department Drug Test Coordinator and monitors the Alere Datalink system.
Interprets and assists with the development and revision of policies, procedures, and special projects.
Creates and maintains departmental Organizational Management (OM) activities.
May assist in other areas such as the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Donated Leave, COVID Screenings, ADA support, and benefits enrollment.
Will serve as the department’s Houston Employee Assessment and Review (HEAR) Administrator and Temporary Services Coordinator.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
May perform other duties as assigned essential to the efficient operation of the team and participate on special projects, as needed.
