Hotel Catering Sales Manager

100% Travel Task Force.3 month rotations. Pay is $1,250 Per Week. We pay travel, one meal per day and lodging.  Must have Banquet Manager Experience. We pay for all Travel, Room and Meals.Hotel Catering Sales Manager DutiesDevelop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve catering revenue targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales effortsBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customersRespond to inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate contracts for catering servicesCollaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event executionConduct site visits and tastings for potential clientsStay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditionsCreate and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase catering servicesPrepare and submit accurate and timely sales reportsCollaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
