Eligibility Specialist-Reports Team

Maintain current Early Learning Program (ELP) partnerships as outlined in provider agreement. Outreach and recruit Early Learning Programs to establish new ELP agreements. Manage compliance of Early Learning Program manual and provide technical assistance. Coordinate reimbursement to ELPs for subsidy expenditures. Manage data entry and retrieval of client and ELP information while performing all tasks related to claims and billings.Primary Responsibilities Include:Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual licensing reports as requiredConduct check ins for new and current Early Learning Programs including technical supportEnsuring that the provider database is updated as requiredEnsure the compliance of the Early Learning Program’s Partnership Agreement and ManualReviews vouchers for subsidy payment in a timely matterManage recoupments and administer collections processMay perform finance procedural quality assurance as neededPerform all tasks related to claims and billingOther duties as assigned
