Document Controller

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Document Controller in the manufacturing industry. This remote role is based in Houston, Texas, and provides a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Document Controller, you will be transferring contacts from one system into another, managing key elements of contracts, and identifying the correct sales representative for each account.Responsibilities: Transferring contacts between systems with precision and efficiency Handling key contract elements such as effective date, expiration date, and governing law Identifying the correct sales representative managing the account for each contract Overseeing various types of contracts, including pricing, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and rental agreements Utilizing accounting software systems and Adobe Acrobat effectively for tasks Leveraging skills in Document Review and Data Entry to maintain accuracy Performing contract administration duties as neededRequirements Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Document Controller Auditing skills are necessary Knowledge of budget processes is essential Experience in contract administration is needed Document review skills are a must Data entry skills are requiredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
