In this role, the selected candidate will utilize their expertise to aid in bridging the gap between Operations and Sales to provide customers with details on their respective Cooling Tower service needs. Attend monthly sales meetings to create a shared understanding of Cooling Towers and assist with requests related to Cooling Towers.
Coordinate and conduct site visits and job walks with Sales.
Collaborate with sales team and operations team accordingly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with respective Resource Coordinator to schedule site visits, sales meetings, and miscellaneous interdepartmental communications.
Conduct site walks and utilize XOI to develop a scope, materials list, labor hours, subcontractors and any rental equipment needed for documentation relevant to the customer's request.
Coordinate with Estimating and Procurement Specialist (EPS) to ensure all information is properly provided in a timely manner.
Participate in turnover meetings for proposals with EPS, Area Service Managers, Field Supervisors, and Sales team.
Ensure proposals are sent to the customer and appropriate teams, and address requests accordingly.
Maintain a professional and upbeat attitude during all communications, between teams and customers.
Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications.
Qualifications:
Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
Ability to thrive under time pressure.
Have an in-depth knowledge of Cooling Towers.
Comfortable working within a team environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
5-10 years of Cooing Tower service industry experience.
