Closing process experience in real estate transactions.
Compliance with lender instructions and company policies.
Strong communication skills for explaining complex information.
Effective time management to meet deadlines.
Ability to balance title requirements , lender instructions, and other closing documents.
Preferred Requirements
Experience acting as a resource for less experienced team members.
