Chief Hotel Engineer Task Force

Pay is $1700 per week.   Task Force Rotation.  Must have Hotel Engineering Management Experience.Must have skills in technical and mechanical engineering functions; as well as experience in Pool Operations and Maintenance. Food Per Diem, Lodging and Travel Paid.   3 Month Rotation. Chief Hotel Engineer Essential Responsibilities and RequirementsDirect and oversee the functionality and safety of the facility, including, but not limited to, physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, life safety systems and grounds according to federal, state and local regulationsConduct facility inspectionsAssign, verify and document completion of all routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management systemMaintain a Preventative Maintenance program for Guest Rooms, Meeting Space, Public Area, and EquipmentDirect, oversee and maintain required documentation for energy management and conservation and preventive maintenance programsLead, manage and communicate information about capital projects and property rehabilitations, including, but not limited to, scheduling, budgeting and complying with contractor bidding standardsObtain required licenses and permits to ensure full compliance with codes, regulations and safety standards
