Description Robert Half is currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our growing finance team. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing our company's invoice processing, reconciliation duties, and maintaining accounts payable records.Key Responsibilities:
Process, verify, and reconcile invoices and vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Analyze, prepare, and record vendor invoices, expense reports, credit memos, and payment transactions.
Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company.
Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files.
Assist internal and external audits ensuring optimal compliance.
Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies to improve the accounts payable process.
Assist in month-end closing procedures and maintain accounts payable aging analysis.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Two or more years of experience in an accounts payable analyst role or similar.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, particularly relating to accounts payable.
Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, and experience with accounting software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
